我叫***，今年27岁。1997年7月我从**师范学校艺师美术专业计划内自费毕业。由于从97年起国家不再对自费生包分配，使我与“太阳底下最光辉的职业”失之交臂。幸好，当时河西马厂完小师资不足，经人介绍，我在该完小担任了一年的临时代课教师。

这个环节的考核方式不外乎老师提问和抽签回答问题两种方式。在拿到题目的第一时间，迅速把握问题的核心，是考生的共识，自不多言。而另一个容易被考生忽视的细节是要迅速地判断提问的老师是谁，哪位是主考官。这对人文社科类的考生尤其重要，因为有不少学术问题至今没有一个标准的答案，甚至不同的导师观点相反。

在迅速完成以上两点后，就进入最关键的阶段——答题。

每个考生都怕自己答错。在此笔者强调，答对固然好，答错也不差。导师提问的目的不在于答案本身。回答问题的过程是考生各方面能力的展现过程。考生对提出的问题要有自己的见解，不要想当然地给出非此即彼的答案，要把思考过程、分析脉络表述出来，考官看重的不是你的答案，而是你分析问题、解决问题的思维过程。

将思维过程展现给导师，可通过以下环节：

1.面对导师的提问，在快速反应的同时要保持镇静，先别着急回答，容许自己有更多思考的时间。2.要想在面试时获得老师的青睐，考生的回答一定要有条理，可以根据提问，思考出自己回答的中心论点是什么，以此来组织论据分条作答，最后进行总结。结构可以如下：首先，……，比如……；其次，……，比如……；最后，……，例如……；总之，……。3.由于中心论点最为重要，因此中心论点要通过自己的仔细思考提出来，不要因为怕导师等久了，而草率地拟一个论点。甚至可以对导师说“请就这个问题给我1～2分钟的思考时间”，待理顺思路再作答。

是否有些晕头转向？回答一个问题还要如此大费周章？没错，将问题抽丝剥茧层层分析，有观点有论据有逻辑，正是导师最青睐的，哪怕你的观点或论证是错误的。有部分考生天生逻辑思维强大，能迅速地在心中列出问题的主次，一一作答；但大部分的考生，由于知识、思维及紧张等因素，无法在短时间内做出条理明晰的回答。因此这部分考生就要放缓答题的节奏，将语速适当降低，一边作答，一边理顺自己的答题逻辑，同时脑里思考着下一个论述步骤所需的论据。

语速、语调是控制答题过程节奏的关键。语速稍慢的时候，会给人以逻辑清晰的直观感受，反之语速过快，则会让人有混乱的感觉，哪怕他的逻辑其实是很清晰的。如果是普通话不标准的同学，语速更要放慢，如果老师误以为你是在讲一门他们听不懂的外语，那么结果就很糟糕了。如果你去一个地方高校（以四川为例），你发现在座的老师都是老乡，你可以考虑说你们共同的语言（川普），但是如果有外地的老师，这样可能会引起他的不愉快。所以用方言回答问题前要慎重，在有把握时才可以采用。至于语调，谈到重点内容或你认为比较有亮点的观点时，语调可以稍微有所上升，以加强导师的听觉感受，让他们认为你这个是重点，逻辑自然也就越发清晰。平铺直叙，太过平淡的回答会导致效果不佳。

英语：语速放慢，感情充沛

英语口语基本上是全国所有院校复试的必考科目，甚至不少院校实行英语复试的一票否决制，因为阅读外文文献，了解学科领域世界前沿动态和国际交流对于读研来说实在是很重要的一环。

不少考生在考前都会向自己目标院校的学长学姐们了解情况，弄清楚目标院校的口语复试形式，常问的问题有哪些等情况。他们会在考前很有针对性地进行准备，把能搜集到的问题事先都准备好漂亮的答案。这并没有错，但是很多考生只是简单地去熟背这些答案，然后在考场上背诵出来了事。这是考生的一个误区。虽然其准备的答案很完美，但是这种“快餐式”的答题效果其实并不是很好。因为，当考生将答案倒背如流时，自然面无表情，老师遇到了太多这样完美的回答，看不到考生的思考，于是会就考生答案中的某部分内容提问，而不少考生因为是背诵，很多难以灵活反应。

不同院校英语口语的考核方式不同，但是自我介绍基本上都要被问及。不少考生都是在复试的准备环节从网上找一个模版，然后在复试现场快速地背诵出来。殊不知这种快速而敷衍的方式，效果往往并不佳。因为负责英语面试的老师见到了太多内容一样的模版，已经麻木，自然就不会给高分。

复试英语中的自我介绍一般控制在3分钟以内，但因为事先准备不足、紧张、对口语表达能力缺乏信心等缘故，有的考生不知不觉就加快了语速，在不到1分半钟的时间里就草草结束了。因此，考生首先要将英语自我介绍准备完善，如果你是跨专业考生，就更要注意这个问题。如果你发表过论文可以在这方面多说一些，着重体现自己的特色；然后专门抽出时间演练，确保每次“彩排”的时间刚刚好；最后要克服心理因素，中国素有“哑巴英语”的传统，口语不好并不丢人，往“阿Q”了说，和自己一样水平的考生太多了，只要你敢张口大声说，就比他们强。

“慢待”礼仪，照顾好“门面”

相对于专业课面试、英语口语面试，复试的非专业因素方面往往更能体现出考生的个人基本素质、性格、基本社交能力。在复试现场，导师对此非常看重。
